Very pretty and aesthetic hotel, only thing is that they don’t have elevator and you have to use stairs, hard if you have luggage. Very convenient location though with shop and lot of dining options around. Very walkable!

I had such a great stay at this hotel-I stayed again after my trip to Barcelona. This is a true boutique hotel. Every detail is curated - function and design. The hotel beyond clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff is outstanding. The communication from the staff was top-notch and I wish that this hotel was in a location that I traveled to frequently. This is a shining gem in Florence. The location should also be mentioned. It is a perfect spot for food and shopping!

Centrally located! Our room was street facing but not loud at all. While they are not staffed 24/7 we were able to coordinate dropping off our luggage until our room was ready.

The hotel had great eccentric decor and a cozy feel, it even smelled wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with views over the Mercato del Porcellino. A highly central location in Florence. Staff were very helpful too.
