    Unfortunately , homeless people out the front of the hotel, fighting , smoking weed and drinking made it feel very unsafe when exiting or returning .

    The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot and offers plenty of shopping options nearby. The rooms are clean and provide a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep, enhanced by pleasant views. Staff are friendly and facilities meet expectations, making it a solid choice for those seeking convenience and comfort without any major drawbacks.

    My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the property falls far below the standards expected from a hotel. The room was in poor condition, and the floor tiles had a strong urine smell that made the environment unpleasant from the moment I entered. The hotel does not appear to have a dedicated service elevator, which means guests regularly share the lifts with housekeeping staff, garbage carts, laundry trolleys, and maintenance equipment. This creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Another major issue was the lack of air conditioning in both the corridors and the elevators. The common areas were extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially during warmer hours. The coffee machine was outdated and did not work properly, which was another frustrating inconvenience. Perhaps the biggest concern was the area immediately outside the hotel. There were numerous individuals loitering, including people who appeared to be struggling with substance abuse, as well as aggressive panhandlers. This made the entrance feel unsafe and left a very poor first impression. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The poor cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and concerning surroundings made for a very unpleasant stay. I hope management addresses these issues seriously before more guests have a similar experience.
