    Hotel is situated right where the night life begins. Walking distance to all the great things to do. Clubs, DIners, Bank, 7-11, small Sari Sari type stores...... just walk :) Rooms have good views of the city. I have stayed here quite a few times and it is my go to location when stopping in Manila. The front desk staff rocks! Lem, Carl and Shane always have a welcoming smile and are easily one of the reasons I will return for the 6th time.

    I have stayed here many times over the years and have been a regular customer, my complaint is having only 2 elevators I find the staff are using them way to often making difficult to get on . Secondly some of the new staff are not people friendly and rude, and finally upon check in I’m finding your waiting past your check in time to get into your room your paying for ( this trip was 30 min ) I spend a little more for a decent room and was surprised I could not use the bathtub as it was cracked all over , 6 am in the morning I was at the Rooftop seating area eating my breakfast I purchased outside and I had a staff member tell me it’s ok to eat my food but my coffee was not aloud . Having said that they have a bar / Restaurant there that was not open until lunch , when I called room service for some ice it took 1 hour before it arrived . It’s time to find a better hotel with proper service sorry to say
