Hotel Royal Grand Paradise

We are a well travelled couple, and very rarely write bad reviews - but this was the worst experience we have been to. Impossible to sleep because of party whole night. There was a large party in a dinner room next to our first room (which seema to not have been prepared), at 01am we asked to change rooms. We got to see 2 rooms. These rooms had broken window in the bathroom and bad smell. We pushed to see another room and finally It looked OK, but with a big green fungus in the bathroom. We then got surprised that there was now another party starting upstairs, extremely loud. It kept on for several hours and at 1.30 am (!) I went do reception which promised it would end at 2. Now the craziest part, at 03 we gotten awaken again, when the crew started LOUDLY emptying the party room from chairs, screaming and throwing things. This went on and on, I went down to the reception again and they promised to tell the crew to stop. At 04 we finally were able to sleep, how ever then it seems at around 05 they started cleaning the room next door. Completely insane, the hotel looks so beautiful from how can they have bookings when they know they have 2 large events at the same time. The reception generally did not seem to know that we had a booking and we had to repeat about 5 times that we had breakfast included. They finally took us to the breakfast room, which turns out to be completely dirty from the parties last night. So we left. Completely insane! -10 In review if it was possible

Good food and friendly service

I waited more than 30mins to get my room key even though I just went for night stay alone, since we booked via Agoda they keep lob asking many things worst in the staffing.
