First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. There is a hot tub and sauna that needs to be pre-booked which we did not use. The honesty bar and upstairs terrace was nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked great and there was not any mildew smell that you sometimes get at hotels in Europe that have split units. Breakfast was what un the US you considered continental breakfast very simple and basic which is accurately captured in the hotel's website. I definitely recommend if you want to stay in the historic district and want a nice warm welcome.

As someone who does not speak much Italian, things went as smooth as they could have here. Staff was super kind and helped get us a ride to the airport. I enjoyed our room and loved the location. My girlfriend is an interior designer, who sought out somewhere authentic and not modern style. She was in love with the aesthetic. While there is not much to do at this location, minus the spa and upstairs bar/lounge area, it is right in the middle of the city. Seriously, a perfect location. Only cons I could think of are a lackluster breakfast and limited television access. Which didn’t really bother me because we went out to get breakfast on the town and we rarely had time to watch tv. Highly recommended for Americans looking to comfortably travel to Palermo.

Traditional Scicilian stay in a quiet central location. Giada the host was exellent and very friendly. Just book it.

This is a place with character. Nice rooms with unique feels. Beautiful breakfast terrace. The water tap in the central area was a nice touch.
