    Careful!!hotel has two separate buildings and away from each other, check adress then book room.Second building looks rough and is away from main building with spa and eating facilities

    Myself and my son who really always wanted to visit Rome, both had a great stay at Hotel 77. The room was nice and spacious, clean and Modern, maid service everyday. Breakfast we had on three of the mornings whilst there was plentiful, consisting of cold and hot food. We liked where you could sit in the rooftop bar area to have breakfast, that was a nice touch. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly, even on arrival at the Hotel everything was explained fully and we even checked in early and was not a problem. The hotel was situated perfectly for everything. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Rome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    We had a family room and there was a door outside the two rooms. But the house keeper never locked this door after cleaning. This happened three times for our 5-night stay.
