Agoda was a very cost effective way to book this hotel. Had a couple of issues that were sorted before we arrived.. The hotel was full when we arrived but never felt busy. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Not enough to do for older kids -teenagers, even though it is promoted that there is. Barely any watersport options , a couple of pedalos and a paddle board and kayak. Thry could do with investing in the older kids as they have done with kids under 12. The hang out is not very inviting either.. But if you have a baby / toddler / young child, you will not be short of company! Good food, although not cheap. Great location and beach area, clean pools.. Agoda certainly offered a good rate too!

We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. Everything was great. From the arrival to the departure. The staff are great. The beach a few meters from the room was perfect. The restaurants are a bit more expensive than the ones in the cities but worth the try. There is no reason to leave the resort. Everything is in there.

The hotel is trying to pull out every penny from you. 1 crep and ice cream cost 21 eur. Small beer 7 eur. Some areas very dirty - when we asked for a tennis ball (table tennis) they said no balls left. If you want to play big tennis you have to pay too. Not what you expect from a five star hotel when you pay huge amount for the room. 1 dinner in the buffet for 2 adults 1 child roughly 115 eur with no drinks.
