    All in all, one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Service was amazing, they did everything they possibly could to accommodate our every ask, the food was incredible, the grounds were absolutely stunning and the sunset view from our room was amazing. The only 2 things i could say they could work on would be switching the breakfast sausages to beef bacon, however maybe this is just my personal preference, and just to re-clarify the food was amazing and Waleed the chef was so nice. And second they should get some golf balls for the minigolf course (yes they have mini golf course!) but just no golf balls and only one properly working club. Anyways all in all my experience was great and lastly, they offer a shuttle boat from the pyramisa dock every 30 minutes so very convenient getting across, the shuttle service is also free, make sure you put pyramisa dock in Google Maps though if driving, not the hotel it’s self cause it’ll bring you to the wrong place. Look no further!

    The hotel has a 24 hour shuttle boat departing every 30m from/to the ferry, which is convenient. It's on an island with stunning river views and we were upgraded to a river view room. Staff members were helpful. One thing different from other Egyptian hotels is that they only provide 2 free bottle water per time, while in other hotels we stayed, we could ask for more.

    The rooms are not upto the standards. Windows were dirty Water did not drain in the shower Rusted shower door Fridge door broken No hooks to gang the towels in the bathroom Restaurants plates were melamine Dirty plates in the cart in the dinning room. Triple room but one of the beds was a rollaway. Beautiful property with great landscape but the rooms and the dinning room are not at par with 5 star standards. We were extremely disappointed. .
