Great location, loved old school adobe feel and ambiance with updated touches inside and out. Spacious room with great shower and lovely patios. Located in Old Tennis club area with quiet streets yet only couple blocks from all the action. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The property is lovely and the staff were so wonderful and caring and made our stay amazing. From the minute we arrived until we checked out, the staff made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

My wife and I recently visited Lucille Palm Springs for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. Alfredo and Ross were extremely nice and accommodating. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the room was comfortable, and the two private patios were perfect to be able to sit outside, while also having some privacy. We already can’t wait to come back next time!

we were so impressed with this property! very clean, the staff is phenomenal, the grounds are gorgeous and pristine. we spent entire days just in the resort, it was that nice. The breakfast is perfect and they even have complimentary drinks. im obsessed. this entire place is s gem. we will definitely be back.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and this place was the perfect spot to do so . We definitely are coming back. We stood in the Lemon tree villa and it had everything we needed in there. Kitchen, living room , private jetted tub outside in our patio , a shower that you could also access from the outside . Breakfast every morning with fresh lattes made the the lovely ladies . We even got to enjoy freshly made banana bread made by Ross. The grounds are beautiful and this place was so private and felt like our own little oasis. Thank you to the wonderful staff!!

The Lucille Hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how stunning the property is—immaculately maintained with thoughtful details everywhere you look. The atmosphere is both stylish and serene, the perfect Palm Springs escape. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a great balance of modern design and cozy comfort. Every little touch, from the bedding to the lighting, felt intentional and elevated the whole experience. I slept like a dream! The continental breakfast was superb—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully presented. It was such a lovely way to start each day. What truly sets The Lucille apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Ross and Alfredo, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay very special. Their hospitality made a lasting impression. I’ve stayed at many places in Palm Springs over the years, but The Lucille is by far my favorite. It’s everything I look for in a getaway and more. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Amazing stay!! Beautiful property and rooms, maintained to such a high standard. Excellent breakfast served out by the pool. Our only disappointment was the one night stay we’d booked - wish it had been longer. Ross is a superb host.

We were welcomed by Alfredo(?) immediately upon our arrival. The Lemon Tree was amazing. I wish we had the time to use the outdoor tub. The property was beautiful. They had a continental breakfast in the morning. It was so relaxing. I do wish there were more pool chairs as we did not have an option for chairs upon our arrival because they were all filled. Other guests would leave the pool area but left their belongings on the chairs so we weren’t able to utilize the pool area without chairs to sit down after.

Here’s a polished review for Lucille: Lucille is an absolute gem! The property is stunning, with a beautiful Spanish casita-style design that feels both private and luxurious. It’s impeccably clean, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The atmosphere is incredibly serene, with lush vegetation and gorgeous plants everywhere you look. We stayed in the Yellow Oleander bungalow, which was beyond beautiful. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. With only a few units, the property never feels crowded—more like an exclusive VIP experience than a typical hotel stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic and just added to the overall experience. As an adults-only retreat, it’s perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. Lucille exceeded all our expectations, and I honestly cannot wait to go back. If you’re looking for a relaxing, private escape, this place does not disappoint!

This is a beautiful property with convenient access to downtown and in a safe location. The villa we stayed in was spacious and well decorated with thoughtful amenities. However, the floor was filthy and covered in hair balls/old food crumbs (even in main areas that are easy to vacuum) and it appeared the unit had not been swept or vacuumed at all. The second shower drain did not function, meaning water filled the tub when showering. The jacuzzi outside had not been cleaned and was not ready to use upon arrival. We spoke to the property manager upon checking out about the cleanliness of the unit and were disappointed that he did not offer any remedy/comp other than “sorry we’ll clean it better next time”, especially given the price of the unit. Also, a train or other type of trolley goes right by the villa at night and shakes the unit/makes noise. It only lasts a few seconds but happens regularly enough that it kept us awake.
