This thoughtfully laid-out home features two spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, making it ideal for couples or friends traveling together who want their own space and privacy.
Inside, the home feels bright and inviting with an open living area, vaulted wood ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The comfortable seating and relaxed layout make it easy to unwind after a day in the sun.
Step outside to your own backyard oasis. The private pool and spa are surrounded by lush landscaping, lounge areas, and a covered patio for shade. You’ll find outdoor dining, a BBQ, and plenty of space to relax—whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars. Pool floats are provided for lounging and enjoying the water. *Pool heat is available for an extra fee of $99 per booked night.
The home is fully gated, offering an added sense of privacy while still being just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, and shopping.

Guests will have full access to the home and property during their stay, including the private pool, spa, and fully enclosed backyard.
The home is gated, and you’ll have access to both the front entry gate and driveway for easy and secure arrival.
You’ll have an easy, self check-in experience, and we’re available throughout your stay for any questions, recommendations, or assistance. Whether it’s a quick question about the house or local tips, we’re just a message away and happy to help.

Pool heat is optional and available for an additional $99 per booked night. Please request in advance, as it can take time to bring the pool up to temperature.

No outdoor music is permitted at any time
The primary renter must be 25 years or older
Occupancy and parking limits must be followed at all times

The City may issue fines for violations, and repeated violations can result in removal from the property without a refund.
