"Extremely disappointed with the room condition, especially the bathroom. There was a pest issue with many small cockroaches crawling around. Furthermore, the showerhead was broken and there was completely no water supply. We were forced to go to the lower floor just to use the restroom and bathe. This is unacceptable."
