    I just spent one night in this "recommended" places your website recommended and honestly it's a flophouse at best. The sheets were clean I will not argue that, the AC works in my room. But not being able to clean yourself(I mean this in every sense) the water pressure and the condition of the bathroom is horrible. I pleaded with the staff to provide toilet paper and soap for the toilet for cleaning but the water pressure wasnt strong enough for me to even do basic hygiene. I went to another restaurant just to use the toilet to do this. I booked a week due to the Agoda reviews, these reviews do not match the location. "Boutique" is usually meant to mean an enchanted experience. This is only a word here. The staff were nice enough but didn't even have basic toiletries for the room.

    no issue with stuff, helpful. not satisfied at all. 2x changed room. hotel so terrible and worst ever I'd stay. so many cockroach inside and outside floor. room NO WATER!!! imagine i cannot shower, peeing, prayer and poop? huh !! management should do something. really suck

    I have been stay this Hotel for multiple times, location is in the best spot of Bukit Bintang just corner of Jalan Alor. However, Hotel didn't well follow up the proper maintenance and become more and more issues.
