Very functional. Felt like a hostel however it was safe, clean and did the job. Staff were very nice and it’s a short walk from the seafront

Upon arrival the staff were great and helped us so much as I was having issues with self check in. The entire stay was great and was perfect for us. Can’t recommend enough!!

Whole stay was a Desaster. No personal available, only via WhatsApp. To bad if you don’t have. You have to sent selfies and pic of your passport. Then watch a video (which my browser refused to open as it seemed highly unsecure) Athen you have to download an app.To bad you don’t have a smartphone, dataset are not fluent in English. As I was close to sleep in my car! other guests managed to open another room as booked and I could spent the night. But not a chance for a morning run, as I still wasn’t having a key and not a chance to reenter. Definitely NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!!

Excellent location within Camps bay, quiet and safe street, a short stroll to the beach and sea front shops. The property is modern and well designed, get for a base in Cape Town.

If we’d been put in a superior room that we had paid and booked for it might have been a different story. When I contacted the office they replied technical error and sorry we’re fully booked now - how can we make your stay better. - NO REFUND GIVEN FOR THE DIFFERENCE. We ended up in a small room with only a rooftop window instead of a balcony room. Please be wary of booking as others have been similarly conned!!
