The hotel staff overall was very friendly and welcoming. The food was good and no porblem enjoing the different restaurants. The entertainment staff was amazing. They entertained adults, teenagers, and kids. Very family friendly. Always something to do and the music was amazing. I have been to other RIU adults only hotels and this entertainment crew has been the best!

First day I had no electricity. Not only that but there were stray dogs lined up by the buffet area where you eat. As a dog lover myself this is disgusting. Thirdly they have 1 ice machine per floor, which means if you are in the ocean view rooms you have to walk over two blocks just to get ice. Lastly the food was terrible, only buffet style food at all the restaurants. Lunch was delicious but everything else was terrible. I will not be returning to this establishment.
