Very valuable stay, five star level, good location, great swimming pool. It’s private beach. Breakfast is diversity. Good place to stay.

Highly recommend this place for a stay in Sousse. They have their private beach and the Ribat & the market is also very close by. Breakfast is great - only complaint is the quality of the AC - which was not that great at times.

The hotel has two swimming pools, (rather noisy, not easy to relax) and access to the beach (not exactly private), it is in a very good location close to medina and bus station. The all inclusive deal is good value for money. Lots of choices and the staff is very efficient and polite , but food is of average quality and the only thing I really enjoyed were desserts. The WiFi is bad. Even very bad at times . Would I recommend the hotel? Yes. It was ok considering the price

The room was nice but there was a massive black hair in my bath. Also,the issue was the staff. I had several waiters tell me at breakfast buffet i was beautiful. I dont come from Africa this is not acceptable to make people feel uncomfortable when they have arrived alone especially when I have just woke up. Then i went to the indoor swimming pool and there was a tall older man in a suit on who worked there(he was not the lifeguard). He tried talking to me and i kinda of politely gave short answers and got into the pool. Then all of a sudden,he was in the pool swimming towards me to speak again. I told.him I am trying to swim and what is he doing. He replied I work here then proceeds to just stare at me as I was swimming but had the cheek to tell me its a 5 star hotel. What 5 star hotel anywhere would make a woman by herself feel so uncomfortable in a swimming pool and how is someone working there allowed to just jump in the pool and harass a woman?I know this is Africa but this is disgusting esp as it is a 5 star hotel. The food was not good either but yet again this is Africa so you can not expect 5 star to be anywhere near 5 star in the western world. The swimming pool windows were terrible..they need cleaning so you can actually see outside. They made an effort with a Christmas tree. There was no information about the gym being renovated. I asked them to just take the free weights out of the locked up monstrosity of the gym but all they could say is it is closed. The machines they put in the front to use but they were like so old and hard to push on to use thst they were actually dangerous.
