We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this lovely hotel. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable, the wifi and shower worked well, and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hardworking breakfast team provided a lovely start to each day and we send our thanks to Antonio for taking such good care of us. We also send big thanks to Javier, Julio Cesar and Steven for their help with advice and more particularly with helping us translate difficult forms we needed to fill out. We also appreciated the hotel’s driver, William, who gave us a wonderful mini-tour as we headed to the airport. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a day driver!
The only problem we had was that the walls are very thin. The first night we thought- what a perfect place! The second night a group of 8 very loud, rude guests moved in next door and partied until midnight in their rooms and the hall before they finally headed out, then returned for more partying from 2a to 4a, this time mostly in the hall. Their noise was so loud it was as if they were yelling by our bed and our earplugs were little help. So if you get lucky and have good neighbors you’ll have a wonderful stay, but if you get rude party people it will be more difficult. The good at the hotel still completely out-weighed our rude neighbors and we hope we’ll have a chance to return! Muchos Gracias!

I stayed Christmas Eve through the next few days and could not have had a better experience. The staff was very attentive, especially Samuel at breakfast, which itself is amazingly available starting at 6am, and what a nice spread! My room checked off all the boxes. I'd easily recommend Hotel Estelar and stay there again.

I did stay here many times, I love this hotel and friendly stuff but this time they did surprise me in a very very bad way!!! After reservation I sent request to have a one big bad and do something nice in the room as we are coming for honeymoon with my partner, unfortunately my message was ignored, when we arrived there twin room with 2 beds and nothing special was done to the room so they wasted the surplice for my partner. For that reason I cant say anymore that this hotel is really good!
