I like the view from the room
They were doing some type of construction on some floors and the elevator took to long to be used.

Location is perfect! The breakfast is perfect.
The hotel is old and sorta outdated. Needs a refacing. I was on a floor where the service staff work from but there were also many guest rooms and the staff would make lots of noise in the morning and through the day. There was also some construction going on the floor and was not being taken into consideration that people were staying in rooms close by.

The breakfast is great
The building is a decadent former 5* hotel. Pictures you see don’t correspond to the current reality. Rooms have no proper lighting. It needs a thorough renovation to keep up not even with a 5* but with a 4* hotel
