Good location in La Speia. Easy access to port and train station for visits to Conque Terra. I saw bikers everywhere. We drove a car. Ample parking. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and this hotel is one of the best ever. Owner and staff are amazing. Continental breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and had private balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for wine in the evening.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Although it may not have been a fancy hotel with all sorts of conveniences, the treatment we received and helpfulness of the staff was great and will certainly attract us back again if we are in this area.

The hotel is very old, no renovation since building! The room are very noisy, one can hear toilet flush from the room next! The bathroom was too small and the shower itself was a joke! I will never book this hotel again and my advise would be, avoid this hotel and look for a better one! Those who gave this hotel stars must feel ashamed!

We had a five night stay here in early April and enjoyed our time. Pluses were the free onsite parking that never was crowded, free wifi and free breakfast. Rooms were basic but clean and heat and A/C worked well. We were hoping the restaurant would have been open as even though it is a short drive down to La Spezia, the parking situations at restaurants is non-existent. There are a couple of places to walk to from this hotel but hours are flexible and not posted so some evenings we were out of luck. Would recommend this as a good location when visiting Cinque Terre as the train stations is just 10 minutes away.
