Room was very clean and it was a good location. We only stayed one night so not a lot to say.

The staff was very helpful…I had a mishap with scheduling (my fault) and they worked with me to update the reservation and make sure we had a nice room. The hotel was very clean, and in great condition. The hotel is located in a convenient location walkable to most sites and shopping. There are few amenities on site, but we were able to take advantage of the discount on the gym and free WiFi. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was included, but in general Switzerland has higher prices for everything. Overall an excellent property and home base for our vacation!
