    The location is excellent, just a 10–15-minute walk to Asakusa Station and Senso-ji Temple. The hotel also offers a free onsen for all guests, which is a great bonus. The room was clean and well-maintained, although it was quite small for two people. Overall, a good stay in Asakusa. Bonus: there’s a ramen shop right across the street that stays open late — perfect for a late-night craving!

    (For contect, we have stayed at a few APA, because they are usually clean and an economy stay. I was at one in Osaka just last week) We arrived in Tokyo early so requested our luggage be stored till check in time. Our reservation was checekd and confirmed and baggage stored. On our return it took several attempts and what felt like 'forever' to find the same reservation what was earlier checked for us to be able get our room. We finally came to the room was a little dusty and it really didn't smell fresh. It really smelt musty like the carpet was not cleaned. I called the front desk, he answered in English and I explained amd asked if they had an air purifyer- which i ahve reqyested at other hotels, including APA before. He merely said "There's air spray there use." I wont say he hung up, but the phone got disconnected and he didn't return the call. Next day, we went for breakfast and it was again very sub and the staff (2- a male and a female) there was very abrasive, for lack of a better word and not 'Japanese ervice standard'. They ignored us, even after several attempts to ask a question. The guy didn't bother to listen to our request, he simply assumed we wanted the menu and thats what he brought. Please note that he spoke good enough English and my friend speaks N3-N2 Japanese, so it was not a language barrier. Anyways, I wouldn't go there again.
