    This was my second trip to Japan but my first time visiting Osaka. When choosing a hotel, I always prioritize a location that’s close to a subway station, so this hotel was a great choice for me. The room was a little small, but that’s quite normal for hotels in Japan. Despite the size, the hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent—being so close to the subway made getting around easy, and my feet definitely appreciated the shorter walks! There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, plus both a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart just steps away. The breakfast selection was mostly the same each day, but the French toast was my absolute favorite. The beds and pillows were soft and very comfortable, which made resting after a long day of exploring even better. I also appreciated that the staff spoke good English and were very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Osaka.

    Staff are very professional and friendly. Very close to metro lines so easy to get around. Also close to some nice restaurants and tourist spots. The hotel itself is clean, modern with comfortable beds and 2 pillows! Provides complimentary still & sparkling water in the lobby and has an attached cafe that has limited but delicious menu options. Plenty of hot water, fresh linens, coffee, tea & water. Good prices for luggage forwarding too! Would stay there again

    Rooms are of good size, house keeping service is good but a little absent minded as they removed my travel neck pillow to wash when changing the bed sheets. Hotel staff gave great service and were very professional. They helped with retrieval of my travel neck pillow and transfer of luggage from the hotel to airport on the day of check out. We forgot to bring out our card keys to the hotel rooms and they gave us additional card keys without hesitation. Located just a few minutes walk away from Hommachi subway station. Will recommend to anyone coming to Osaka.

    Generally clean with some mould growing near the basin sink and a stain on the floor between the bed and the sofa. I guess it's pretty common to find mould / spill in such areas. Locally didn't felt that accessible. The train station was a fair walk, it wasn't that short of a walk. More than 5 minutes actually. There wasn't a supermarket (not convenience store) within a few minutes walk. So I find it hard to purchase some fruits or simple supermarket stuffs. Nonetheless the selling point is the central location to both Namba and Umeda. The laundromat wasn't well maintained. It was kinda dirty at the rubber gasket.
