    We very much enjoyed our night here. From the first, valet was nice and welcoming and at the end they had our car ready quickly. We had a few interactions with the front desk and they were all pleasant and helpful. They seem happy to work there. The lobby and room were lovely and smelled so good that I had to look up their signature scent. Our sleep was luxurious. There is a restaurant below that also provides the in room dining. We went for dinner and they demanded a reservation, which we had not made so they sent us to the bar. I checked and could make a reservation online for any time that night, so it seems they were just being stuck up. The bartender was awkward the whole time. Our meals were very good. We ordered in room dining 2 times and both were friendly and speedy. The only issue was our cookies were a little burned. We ate around it.

    We heard a woman arguing on a phone call from at 12AM-4AM Called front desk 2X was told they would send someone up, they never did. The arguing started again at 8AM I complained to the front desk when we checked out and we were offered 10,000 points. I refused and asked to have upper mgmt call me. . Im still waiting .
