The location, the staff and the facilities were great.
The dining options in the hotel were quite expensive, but there are many more affordable places nearby

It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a lovely room. The FO staff went above and beyond to make the night special. We were also the recipients of a lovely amenity! Water pressure was a plus as well! Every staff member was cheerful and greeted us with a hello!
It wasn’t a dislike but odd….the electricity in half the room wasn’t plugged in and we had to move/get behind the bed to plug things in. Same with tv. Also, the alarm clock went off at 6am. Avoidable issues. Did NOT impact stay negatively as we understand things happen.

It was in the center of Providence so we walked everywhere. nothing was more than 15 mins walking
the rooms where a little outdated, the carpet mainly
