The overall experience was excellent. Our room's AC functioned very well, the location is excellent (multiple good restaurants in the area, coffee shop right across the street) and the sea is only a few minutes away.
Mini-buses stop right out front, makes it easy to get to farther destinations as well (such as BBC beach).
For any considering a budget friendly stay in Grenada, I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was neat and clean...all amenities provided..staff courteous...helpful and very accommodating...they work with you according to your needs..once its possible on their end..you'll definitely get through....response time is very quick..I'll definitely be back...

Staff was so nice and courteous. Room was ok not much and it was close to the beach that you can easily walk from the hotel. I can’t charge my phone coz it doesn’t have the socket like for the iPhones
