Clean room, great location, staff is super nice and friendly, my only two details are that at time, not always, the bathrooms smelled really bad, I guess because its an old building. The other detail is the curtain in the room, that gives no privacy, if you walk in the hallway you can still see inside the room when lights are on. Besides that is all good.

Clean space, friendly staff, great location to the gay bars and restaurants. Outdated but still very good for the price. Breakfast included was nice and no issues.

The location is unbeatable - in the middle of all the action and at the terminus of all the public transit routes. However, condition of the building is quite dated, and the shared bathrooms need remodeling. Within the rooms, the beds and bedding are fairly low quality and there are occasionally bugs.
