    I was really impressed by the way that the staff and management handled a very unprecedented and delicate situation with the cartel fires. I stayed from 2/20-2/24/26. Was just passing thru, but needed to stay an extra night because of the lockdown issued by the Mexican government. The hotel is right in the middle of Zona romantica, so the location is either you love it or you hate it. If you like tranquilo vibes, maybe not the place for you. It is right on the busiest street with restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. it was an experience and I’m glad to have been there, as they took care of us, cooking us their own personal food, since we couldn’t leave and feed ourselves. Muy amables! Sending much Love to the staff <3. Super basic rooms, the pool was great, pretty ideal location to be. I’m glad I chose this place for my stay!

    The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself is very pretty with clean rooms and facilities. It has that perfect “Mexico” vibe setting located in the heart of anything you need within walking distance! Made for a great stay!
