Amerigo and his family were so extremely welcoming to me, and made me feel at home. Amerigo even picked me up when I was lost finding the hotel, and drove me to the ferry when I left. They made me feel very safe and welcome as a solo female traveler.
The sea balcony was beautiful, and you can have your breakfast on the water. Walkable to the town centre, with a beach on the way.
I will definitely return when I get a chance to come back to Forio.

A hidden gem if you like to explore and to walk, easy access to Giardini di Poseidon (direct bus), very nice and friendly management, alway ready to help. You can rent a scooter as well, if you prefer to ride. Thank you.

Charming hotel, with a remote location and lovely staff. When we finally got the room we payed for (we were placed in a cheaper room the first night for some reason) we really enjoyed our stay and the Superior room.
The hotel is lovely, not the newest or the cleanest, but amazing value for money. The hightlight is the staff, Amerigo the owner, and the hilltop location with amazing sunset views.
Will definitely consider staying here again for our 4th visit to the island.
