    This is my second stay at the hotel, and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Causeway Bay near all the food and shopping places. It is only a fewminutes' walk to the nearest Causeway Bay MTR, making it a very convenient location. I will always come back and stay in this hotel when I'm back in Hong Kong.

    I would almost give a perfect score on the stay. Something to improve on. More variety and changes on the breakfast menu for travelers staying more than 2 days. One of the staff did not serve me the butter i requested which is surprised as not part of the breakfast spread. It takes everyone to do their part perfectly in order to score perfectly in customer service. Anyone along the chain that do not do it well, it wasted the effort put in by others. The reception service was good. The housekeeping was good. Its just that the ignored instructions at the breakfast gave a bitter taste on the service level. If i am the management, i would ensure everyone is on the “ball” to ensure no service lapse along the chain of service. Overall still good, but it such as waste that everyone has done well except at the breakfast hall.
