Nice pool, access to both apartment and hotel pool.
Very close (about 200m from the beach) so nice short walk.
Decent view, was of the road and the trees beyond but depends where you are, some had view of the back which was grasslands and some of the pool.
Sometimes staff didn't quite understand what was being said, but this wasn't very major and to be expected when visiting a country foreign to your own. This didn't really impact my stay very much.

Great hotel for families. Good range of pool depths for different ages. Rooms were spacious and clean with good air conditioning (very useful in the heat wave that happened during our visit).
Range of options at breakfast buffet and the hotel is very close to a main bus stop if you want to go to Palma for the day. 20 mins walk from the medieval town of Alcudia and 3 mins walk from the nearest beach.

Very clean room and the staff are warm and welcoming. Located across from the beach and a short walk to the port.
