Stayed at BSR for a business trip, no fun. The room at Village Center was great, although I was taken a tiny bit aback by the Murphy Bed. The pictures showed the bed stowed and deployed, but I just didn't snap to what it was. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for considerably more floor space when stowed. The meal options at BSR are notoriously expensive, which is kind of expected at ski resorts. The staff, to a person, went out of their way to be polite, helpful, and to make me feel valued as a guest. The nightly turndown and chocolate service really iced the cake. I truly hope to have a return visit.

I was very impressed with everything about my stay. We started off by meeting with cowboys that took us up to our parking lot where they unloaded our luggage and drove us up to the entrance to our Hotel so we didn't have to walk. Went inside the staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning of our trip until the end. Our room was beautiful very cozy the bed was soft. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to other's.
