The room was clean and big with a great view of the mountain. There is a dedicated room for storing skis and snowboards so you don't have to keep that gear in your room. The free breakfast was excellent! There is a bar in the main room in order to relax after a long day on the slopes. In case you forgot anything or just need a drink/snack, there is a very small market in the hotel where you can pick up basics. There is an indoor pool and multiple hot tubs (inside and outside). All of this is very wonderful in general, but it pales in comparison to the staff. They are nothing short of top notch. Their ability to help with any request is amazing in-of itself, but their kindness is what truly sets them apart from any other hotel on the mountain. Customer service is second to none and I highly recommend staying here in the winter season!

Limited continental breakfast with powdered eggs and sausage, pancakes as only hot items other than coffee, no restaurant. Closest place to eat 5 miles away. Thermostat broke in room, no heat, moved to different room where SHEETS WERE STAINED WITH FECES! Had to argue with property manager for refund.

The Lodge at Big Sky is mediocre at best. Beds were uncomfortable. If continental breakfast matters to you, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. They’ve made poor attempts at updating the place. For the price, I was expecting more.

Breakfast was horrible. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. $12 parking fees per day not listed on reservation was charged. Asked to check in 2 hours early since room was ready but they wanted to charge $50 dollars. the hotel is not well upkept. Location was convenient.

Spacious room, clean. Breakfast closing at 9 am on a weekend was disappointing for those who were at a Dave Mathews local concert the night before, or even those who want to sleep in.

Hotel was good. Elevator needs a lot of work. Noisy and very slow. Also carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced. Parking 12.00 per car is ridiculous. Maybe in the winter when parking is limited, but in the summer and the lot is more than half empty. Behind the hotel is free parking. Breakfast was good. No other food options while we were there. Also the bar was closed.

Love that the resort supports J-1 international program. Lodge has a lovely lobby & great views. It’s pass due for renovations (bathroom ceilings stained, wallpaper pealing, lumpy mattress). The night stand & coffee area appeared to have spilled sticky liquids. Felt some irritation while sitting on sofa, so we sprayed room (linen, sofa & carpet) with Lysol. The hotel allows pets that more likely rest on the furniture. For the remote location, in August, the room was overpriced.
