An exceptional stay at Es Saadi Palace. Truly a home away from home. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail make it a place we keep coming back to. A special thank you to Hanan for her kindness and for arranging a room for us to rest after check-out before our late departure such a thoughtful gesture. We will always choose this hotel

Everytime I stay there I have to ask for the same things multiple times. They have big down internal com issue.
Never received amenities even when I asked for them 3 days
I asked for coffee capsule 3 times and when I called to follow up the IRD agent was so rude
Ask for late check out as I returned from the casino at 6 am but yet they woke me up at 12:30 because they didn’t get my request while the agent before promised to put the note in
$$$$
