    It's location is best for families or couples, its a place for relaxation, a quiet place far from the city noise. Its prices are justified by their accommodations and hospitality. Check it out

    Honestly, I like the property. It is charming and the surroundings are very nice. The hotel rooms, at least in the forest lodge, need an update. The hotel and grounds: really great. No complaints at all. The cool air at night makes the grounds a very nice place to stroll around and sit on benches and enjoy the surroundings. The room: this is where I think they need to make the most improvements. The room we stayed in felt like it was stuck in the late 90’s. This was ok with us because the 90s has its charms. However, the mattresses need to be replaced. The carpets need to be cleaned but really should be replaced. The furniture needs to be reupholstered. The bathroom needs to be completely torn out and renovated. The drains have a bad smell coming through. The lighting is too dim. The hot water never gets hot enough. The Staff: I’m sure they have been trained but I think for a place like this, the staff needs a higher level of training. This hotel is a vacation destination or at least it should be. The staff needs to behave as such. To illustrate what I mean, I will point to a single incident to demonstrate the staff’s shortcoming in training. We asked for water to drink from room service because we ran out of our daily allotment of complimentary water. Simple enough. I was told that if we request drinking water, would be given our daily allotment for the next day which was another 2 bottles. I said ok, then give me 4 and I’ll just pay for the other 2 bottles. I didn’t even ask how much. I hung up the phone. Then they called me back and said “sorry for the confusion, but we will have to charge you for the 2 waters.” First of all, I was not confused. Secondly, we are talking about drinking water. Whatever it costs, that’s what it costs. I’m not going to endure thirst just because I have to pay 60 pesos. It’s water. Just give me the water and we will settle this “confusion” later. Finally, I understand there are costs to this but this is drinking water. Either make it available easily or make it available for free. This sums up my impression of the staff and they way they are trained. They are trying but their training is not at the level expected for a place like this. This goes for the bellhops, the security guards, and the bar staff. They just gave the impression of trying their best but found lacking in their training. Their managers need to do better. Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay because it is Baguio. The weather was nice. The surroundings were nice. The hotel rooms need an update. The staff needs retraining.
