    Location is the best. Close to millennium Park, river walk, architecture boat tour, shopping, restaurants and cafe. I took the blue line from the airport and got off the Washington station. The only thing is that it’s an old station so no elevator or escalators. One would have to carry all the luggage up on the stairs. My room was small and a view of building next door. Other than that. everything else was fine.

    There are taxes and charges that add up to making the hotel expensive. The urban charge is quite high, they say you can use it for their cafe at night, but you end up spending more, and the food in the cafe is way to expensive for the quality. the staff soemtins forget to clean room and refill coffee and water, part of the urban fee we pay for, even if you do not hang the "do not clean" sign.. the guy in the cafe/resto is not friendly, very curt. The only commendable staff are the ones in the front desk.
