    Location is about the only good thing going for it. On the beach, next to pier, restaurant & very walkable. Rooms very outdated showing lots of wear & water damage. Although a pet friendly hotel, room smelled of dog urine overwhelmingly. Since the carpets are dark brown/black no way to see the urine evidence to get a proper clean. Front desk staff was a split experience. Young gal that checked us in lacked any customer service skills. The guy working the next day was personable. “Breakfast” was also lacking (outdated looking fruit) but the waffle maker was a hit if you like that sort of thing. This hotel could be so much more if the owners invested a bit back into the business.

    Spacious quiet room, comfortable bed, table with 2 chairs, 2-seat couch next to large openable window, all rooms with sweeping beach + bay + sea view.
