    Location location location… next Boston common. Boston is a walkable city. With the hotel in the center of city, easy access to everything. Coffee shop on site and restaurant also. Nearby 24 hour eats is next door. The T exit is next door and access to all lines is a block away. Also… free snacks in the room and daily refreshments in the lobby. The housekeepers are awesome.. they kept the rooms tidy and well stocked. Must stay!

    I felt cheated staying at this hotel. Because I was offered valet service by the staff at the entrance for $60 USD. When I checked in at the hotel, the receptionist did not explain that the valet fee would be deducted from my deposit, he only explained the price of the valet fee. When I checked out, the valet attendant took the car and I asked how much: the attendant answered $60 USD and took the cash from my hand. A week later, the hotel debited the same amount from my credit card and until now there has been no follow-up regarding the complaint I submitted.

    My brother's and I stayed here and didn't know what to expect as far as the location and hotel. But when we arrived it was very pleasant, from the doors being opened for me to our room being ready earlier than expected and helpful suggestions where to go for breakfast and surroundings. Our maid who took care of our room was amazing. This place is super clean and the rooms are very airy and comfortable. Will definitely stay here in the future.
