A charming hotel. Lobby had a retro look to it, in a good way. Great staff, nice, modern room, quiet and one minute from station.

Room is clean and comfortably spacious for 1
pax.
Bed & pillows are firm but comfortable.
Comparing to their Sapporo property, personal amenities provided are adequate but can be much improved.
Staff are polite and friendly.
Location is perfect, just about 2min walk after exiting the Station.

Room cleaning has three levels, No clean, Eco Clean then full clean you can opt foe either with a sticker placed on your door each morning.
Ecven with No clean you will receive a bag with a full set of towels bottle of water a d clean pjs.
Hotel could hardly be closer to Mito station, just 2 mins walk.
All the shopping you need within walking distance.
The bus station is close by too
