The property has potential to be a nice stay but there's so much negative. False advertising for one, they use photos of their sister site. It doesn't not have a firepit and seating area for example, the rooms look nothing like the photos. The cleaning lady was very rude. Instead of being grateful that we cleaned the room ourselves and only asked for coffee and creamer during our stay she was loud and gave me dirty looks when she passed by. We stayed in room 106 and there was constant sound from their storage room day and night. The room was cute even though it wasn't what was advertised but the beds were a killer. We both had severe back and shoulder pain from our beds.The phone didn't work, they didn't enforce their no smoking by the property rule- there's a weed dispensary down the street so people were smoking weed out in the open in their smoking spot right by our room constantly filling our room with foul smelling skunk odor. Also the property is listed as pet friendly.. we paid 156 in fees for two 5 lb Maltese for two nights but there was nothing pet friendly about it. Not even a designated place for them to tinkle. The one Pro was the kind gentleman that checked us in. He went above and beyond.

We liked the location to the main street. Price was ok.. We didnt like the small sink in the bathroom, no where to put our toiletries. Nowhere to take our dog to go potty. Had to walk and try to find somewhere.

The “kitchenette” has everything you need to cook stir fry…except a stovetop or hot plate. As a couple with severe allergies we try to book places that we can cook our own food so this was very disappointing, as most places with a kitchenettes have these. Bathroom toilet had a leak that left water all over the floor, and there was a used soap bar in the shower. Otherwise was very clean and bed was comfortable. Was ok for us as we were only here two nights.

I’m requesting a refund due to serious cleanliness and health concerns during my recent stay. The bathroom had an overwhelming mold smell, and while the in-room hot tub appeared clean, I unfortunately left with a UTI. The amount I paid was excessive given these issues. Please get back to me as soon as possible regarding this matter.

I specifically chose this place for what appeared to be a nice, clean jacuzzi in-room. The tub jets were rusted and corroded so bad that Brien water leaked from them. I had to clean the tub myself and couldn’t stand the hair and gunk buildup stuck in the tub jets, and all surrounding hardware. Could use it after all. Holes all over room and very old tile with grout missing. I asked staff to switch rooms to find out no more were available. I asked staff why the photos don’t match what I got and he could not answer. The bed wasn’t clean. Dog hair when I pulled back sheets. Would never stay here again.

The kitchenette was conveniente but had no stove. I dont think i would stay here, the bathroom was not that great SUPER small and the room was small too. For the price that we paid for the 2 nights i dont think it was that worth it. Windows are super old, towels were old looking and were dirty when we walked into our room.

I’ll give it a 10 for a hotel with a rating in the 7s. A 10 for the price also. Wasn’t sure until opened the room and was very happy. Immediately went back to office and booked a 2nd night. It was very clean. No carpet , a big plus and contributed to not having a bad or musty smell. Quiet all night and slept great. Walked to the restaurants and casinos both nights.

I would give this place all 5 stars but the shower stall is so small I kept hitting my knees, elbows and foot every time I used it to shower. The jacuzzi was not clean but after I cleaned it the experience was better. I would recommend this place for a one night stay but no longer than that due to the cleanliness and the size of the shower stall. Lastly, our fire alarm kept going off for no apparent reason why disturbed our sleep. This place has great parking and walkable distance from the beach.

This is a great budget friendly hotel that is walking distance to both Heavenly Village and the lake. My room was clean and nice sized. Small complex with easy parking. Pet fee seemed excessive, otherwise very happy with this stay for the price point!
