Easy to find and located in a lovely area. Even though the email stated that the reception would be open until 17:30, it actually closed at 17:00. Luckily, we found the key without any problems. The room was clean and ready, but a few things were missing: glasses, bowls, batteries for the remote control, and most importantly, a chair for the table. We emailed them about it right away but never received a reply. Overall, an okay stay, but with a lack of attention to details.

We stayed in one of the comfort cabins, and the maintenance and cleaning were not that good. The table/kitchen-area were fine, but it was very dusty/dirty around the bed, and the flooring was partly missing in the same area. It had a strong odour of old wooden cabin. Silverfish observered. The common areas were ok, and felt cleaner. The duvet were missing, but the staff were helpful and brought it to the cabin when we asked for it. It had a firealarm, which was good.

No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us.

Not having soap on ANY of the shared bathrooms during the pandemic (yes, it is still on!) is completely unacceptable to me. Also, not all of them were open even - 2 bathrooms for all those cabins, no. Also, the self-clean of the room makes me think that no one actually every cleans that place. The duvets I didn't even touch - I brought everything from home... Definitely not the experience I was expecting and hoping for and most certainly will not choose it again, unless I have no option and actual rooms are available...

Very nice Camping BUT: Hotel.com customers must know that they will have to pay: -for electricity, strange when you choose a room with fridge....(7.00euros per day) -for bed sheets and towels (13 euros per kit for 1 person) -for hot water in shower and dishes washing( 4 euros per minutes!)
