I just crash in for a night but this is a nice place to be. Parking wise not so but you get great view in the breakfast lounge

If you are looking for somewhere cheap to put your head down after a day in Kusadasi this is the place for you. Great location opposite the port with views of the Cruise ships and beyond. Next street down from the old town Bazaar.
If you want something that is looked after, tidy and modern then I would look elsewhere. Reception is OK and staff friendly enough but rooms are dated. Only 1 plug socket behind TV. Hard bed and pillows, grim bathroom with threadbare floor mat and towels. Braving the shower enclosure I actually found the shower itself to be hot and powerful so not all bad.

Breakfast timited. Still haven't found the tea! Typical turkish provisions of cereal, cheeses and meats but all quite salty.
Pool area needs tiles replacing or cleaning, decking is rotten. New furniture required.
Overall could be great with money spent on it.

Nice location next to the beach and restaurants.
Parking lot can improve and we didn’t have internet in the room. Overall good price for what we got.
