    Basic accommodations good enough for a quick stay near the Cebu IT Park. It's great value for money, and would stay there again.

    The first room assigned to us had an air conditioner that was not cooling properly and seemed to be operating only in fan mode. We requested a room transfer, which was kindly accommodated. However, the air conditioner in the new room also appeared to be running more in fan mode than in cooling mode. We hope this issue can be addressed to improve the comfort of future guests. The facilities appeared to be quite old and could benefit from some updates and maintenance.
