Dirty outdoor chairs, fireplace doesn’t work, no freezer compartment in mini-fridge, old soup container left in microwave from a previous guest, shower head very short (I’m 5’2” for reference), “ocean view” which we paid extra for is largely blocked by trees. Lobby coffee not available until 8am which is very late for most travelers, especially since the room coffee is terrible. The owners seem nice, but that’s the only positive.

Pre check was worthless. I still had to check in when I got there. Gave my credit card info 3 times just for 1 night. To many texts and emails as well. Breakfast bar opened too late in the morning. Would rather have a 5 cup coffee maker rather than the single cup in the room. Gas fireplace not work either. What’s up with that? You get what you pay for. Don’t bother with the upgrades either. Not worth the money for that part.
