Hello, the hotel was very bad because they don't allow smoking in the rooms and every day that I arrived at night the whole hallway smelled of cigarettes and in the room too. I told them that every night it smelled and that they should go up so they could smell it, but they didn't come up or listen to me. My husband suffers from asthma and he got very sick.

They stole my make up bag. No room service, no bar to have drinks at 8:30pm, the plugs had no power to charge a phone: thay had to change me to another room. Not coming back

Ibis is one of my favorite stays, affordable, simple and clean. Well... not this time. They also asked for a deposit amount in cash of $1000.00 MXP to cover any damage the pet could cause. Finally they did not provide any receipt of such cash. At the check out they give us back the cash without any inspection of the room. This procedure at all does not make any sense.
