Stayed here for 6 days. The room was clean, but the hair dryer did not work.
The biggest issue was the front desk staff, especially Miguel and Salvator (Sales), who were rude and unhelpful. Before arrival, the hotel confirmed via WhatsApp that complimentary bottled water would be provided. However, when I asked for water when back to the hotel after 8:00 PM, they refused because I had a “red sign” on my door — which made no sense.
At other hotels, guests who don’t request daily housekeeping are usually thanked with a note or small voucher. Here, instead, when my room was finally serviced, housekeeping threw away my personal conditioner and face soap (the hotel only provides shampoo and bar soap). I reported this to Miguel, and he simply said “OK” — no apology, no solution.
Other staff were friendly, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism at the front desk seriously affected my stay. Very disappointing.

A really decent hotel at its price range in a really great location, around 5 minutes from Zocalo square in the heart of centro.
The hotel conducts itself as an established hotel, clean, professional with a restaurant that serves rooms and good internet connection.
It have some problems though, no ac which could be a problem in Summer and the room I got had no view at all with an inner facing window that you have to always shade as others might see your room.
Overall, considering the price tag it is a very good option.
