    We stayed here as a group of 3 adults and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and hoped for an early check-in, but understood that we had to wait another 2 hours, so there was no issue with that. Check-in itself was smooth, but when we entered our room, we discovered that we had been given a double room instead of the triple room we had intentionally booked. We paid more for the triple room specifically so that each of us could have our own bed. We went back to reception immediately to request the room we had actually booked. We were told that the triple rooms were fully booked and that they could not tell us when another room would be available. What was even more frustrating was that we were told we could not even use the double room that had initially been assigned to us while waiting. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes, and the staff told us that the issue was due to a mistake between Agoda and the hotel's system and that it was "not their problem." We understand that booking or system errors can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. We were tired after travelling and simply wanted to rest, yet instead of receiving help or reassurance, we felt like the staff were unwilling to take responsibility or find a solution. Unfortunately, the room itself also had several issues. The beds did not feel sturdy enough and were quite uncomfortable, and we even found a cockroach on the wall, which was very unpleasant and concerning in terms of cleanliness. The booking mistake itself could have been resolved with better communication and customer service, but the way the situation was handled, combined with the condition of the room, made the overall experience very disappointing. Would not stay at this hotel again.
