    The best part of the stay was the lovely views from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The premises were kept very clean. Our triple room was large. The bathroom was however a bit too small. Overall a lovely place to stay if you are in Salento

    The most beautiful view. You may find bugs in your room but it is clean. Wish there were slippers. Wish there was jacuzzi instructions and it was a little dirty. Wish there were more dining options.

    The view & the service of the staff was 10/10. Complimentary coffee & tea all day was a nice added surprise. Breakfast was excellent. The shower has hot water with great pressure. Will definitely stay here again!

    clean and comfortable. unfortunately, the service was very poor. we did not receive a response to arrange our airport transport despite multiple emails, and had to call and whatsapp them for a confirmation. they gave us a fault hairdryer and refused to change until it completely short circuited with a bright spark, loud sound and burnt smell while I was using it. the walls are very thin and you could hear other guests late at night. breakfast only starts at 7.30am but most activities would begin before then so we had to skip 2/3 breakfasts. they do not have laundry service and you have to walk at least 10min downhill with ur heavy laundry to find a laundromat. unlike other earlier comments, they do not change currency nor book day trips (don’t worry, there are plenty of activities booths in town). the view is nice from the main balcony but if you are out exploring the valley, you would see similar views all day so I’m not sure the hotel is worth the hike uphill and negative vibes.
