Green House Hotel

Great location. Modern, clean room. Nice little balcony. Staff don’t speak English but are patient with you! “Smart” room with built in Alexa.

Walls are thin - so noise from outside and other guests is crystal clear. Unfortunately had some difficult nights with inconsiderate neighbors and loud barking dogs outside. The room could get stuffy as well, meaning you’d need to sleep with the window open. The basic room we booked was also incredibly tiny, which was definitely cramped with luggage.

Bon emplacement, proche des commerces. La chambre est propre et il y a pas mal d’espace pour ranger ses affaires. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible.

La douche met beaucoup de temps à chauffer, le lavabo éclabousse à chaque utilisation. Le drap de lit est trop petit pour un lit deux places et le plaid en guise de couette n’est pas hygiénique du tout.

The only real advantages of this hotel are its location and the cleanliness of the rooms, and unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

We arrived at the hotel about an hour early, left our luggage at the reception, and went out to explore the city. When we returned, we discovered that some of our bags had been moved to other guests’ rooms without any notice. The hotel staff only then began searching for them, which was extremely concerning and unprofessional. The room itself had numerous flaws. The bathroom mirror was installed in such a way that it was impossible to turn on the hot water tap, which meant we had to wash with cold water. The walls between rooms are very thin, so you can clearly hear other guests talking and even showering. Some rooms have windows that are literally about 20 x 20 cm, and right outside there is a school, making it impossible to sleep past 7:00 a.m. due to the extremely loud noise. During our two-day stay, we experienced even more issues. On the first day, there was no electricity for half of the day, and on the second day, there was no water at all. To make matters worse, no one at the hotel speaks English, and even a simple request, such as asking for a hairdryer, seemed too difficult for the staff to handle.
