    Our stay at Jungle Club Resort was absolutely incredible. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly. The views are simply breathtaking—without a doubt one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The restaurant was outstanding, with delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and unforgettable panoramic views. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would happily give Jungle Club Resort a perfect 10/10

    Lovely hotel, I got stay in the Plunge pool Suite & the jungle lodge. Both were very different but still a lovely experience! Staff were amazing and so Quick to help! The view is spectacular!

    The location of the hotel is undoubtedly beautiful. Having breakfast every morning with such an incredible view over half the island is truly special. The resort itself is also very charming – the separate bungalows are nicely designed and blend well with the natural surroundings. Unfortunately, several issues made our overall experience disappointing. The rooms do not appear to be properly maintained. In our case, the balcony had a private pool that was neither cleaned nor heated. The water was extremely cold, and there was no switch or button to activate the cleaning system. As a result, the pool was essentially unusable. The shower also had issues, as the water temperature fluctuated constantly between very hot and very cold, with no comfortable middle ground. Another major issue occurred around New Year’s Eve. On December 31st, at around 9 p.m., we received an email from the hotel asking if we could check out at 8 a.m. the next morning – even though we had previously arranged a late check-out at 12 p.m. This was very inconvenient and poorly timed, especially on New Year’s Eve. The New Year’s Eve dinner itself was also disappointing. Despite the relatively high price, the overall experience did not live up to expectations. The food was average, and the atmosphere felt uninspired. There was live music for only about an hour early in the evening, followed by a simple playlist. The advertised “firework view” turned out to be just the view of other fireworks across the island – the hotel did not organize any display of its own. Overall, the event was not worth the price. Service quality was inconsistent. Some staff members were kind and attentive, but others, especially at the reception, seemed disengaged. Upon check-out, interactions were kept to a minimum, giving the impression that once the payment was made, guest experience was no longer a priority. Breakfast was included in our booking, but the options were limited (three set menus). Any small modification – for example, requesting a cappuccino instead of regular coffee – came with an additional charge. The staff was generally inflexible with such requests. Conclusion: The Jungle Club offers a stunning location and a beautiful setting, but it feels like the management relies too heavily on the view alone. Maintenance, service, and attention to guest satisfaction are lacking. Given the price, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
