Positives: location, big room, good varieties of tea and coffee, AC and ceiling fan, parking, laundry facility in the complex.
Areas for improvements: unflushed tissue in toilet with bits of toilet paper on the floor, one side of the sofa sank, hot water pressure for shower a bit low, only one clothes hanger in the cupboard, no safety chain on room door.
