I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the very first contact, even before our arrival, the level of customer service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. They answered our phone calls, took the time to clarify all our questions, and went above and beyond to assist us with several arrangements. They were particularly understanding and accommodating regarding our late arrival, which made our journey so much easier and less stressful. One thing that truly impressed us was their willingness to help with transportation. They even assisted us in finding an affordable taxi, showing genuine care for their guests rather than simply providing the basics. The room was excellent, offering great comfort, cleanliness, and quality. The overall standard of service was equally impressive, making our stay a truly pleasant experience. What really sets this hotel apart is the people. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel welcome and well taken care of from beginning to end. Exceptional hospitality, excellent accommodation, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests.
